On the occasion of the draft EU Directive on combatting violence against women and domestic violence, the Marangopoulos Foundation for Human Rights (MFHR) and the Mediterranean Institute of Gender Studies (MIGS) are organising an online discussion on global and regional tools to prevent and combat all forms of violence against women. Representatives of international organisations and monitoring bodies as well as women’s NGOs will exchange on how legal standards can better provide for sustainable solutions and harmonised responses to address male violence against women, on current trends and dynamics.
